Wind & Conditions The spot works best in S and SO winds, which come in relatively clean across the open water. Expect 12–20 knots on good days, though the surrounding terrain and trees can cause some gustiness and lulls depending on the direction. Water Flat to choppy freshwater with moderate fetch. Great for learning and freeride sessions. No significant swell, making it forgiving for beginners working on their foil takeoffs. Launch & Rigging There is a sandy/grassy beach area suitable for rigging your wing. The launch is straightforward with a shallow entry, though it can get crowded with swimmers in peak summer always be mindful of other beach users and launch from a clear section. Hazards Swimmers and kayakers, especially on warm days Some shallow areas near shore Gusty wind due to treeline and surrounding buildings Best Season April–October. Summer brings light and long days but also more beach traffic. Spring and autumn often deliver the most consistent wind. Vibe Relaxed, local community feel.
